Safety Instructions
- Ensure
the lamp lead is connected to the lamp source while ballast is powered
up.
- Do not power up ballast without the lamp lead
being connected to the light source.
- Upon powering the ballast, please ensure that
the lamp is igniting. If the lamp fails to operate, please check the lamp
immediately to see if it is faulty. If the lamp continues to fail to ignite,
turn off the power immediately.
- To avoid ballast failure, do not stack
ballasts, or cover the ventilation holes in ballast
- Ballasts should be kept in a well ventilated
area.
- Keep ballast dry and away from dust and
dirt.
- For best performance, the lamp holder lead
should be 25m, or less.
- To avoid damage to the ballast, do not carry
the ballast by the power leads.
- Ensure plug leads are connected tightly to
prevent arcing between connections.
- Do not attempt to open, rewire, or reconfigure
ant of the components of the lighting system. This will void the warrantee and
may cause serious injury, or death.
- You must always use a lamp matching the
wattage of your ballast.
